In the early hours of this revelation, I made a list of what I could control and

what I couldn't and also a list of what I wanted to remove in my life.

At the top of that list?...That's right you guessed it. I wanted porn out of my life.

Through my many failures and mistakes I have learned that overcoming and rising above this addiction is through both faith and science.

The two will co exist to serve and help you on your journey so you will be free and if I can do it, so can you!

Before my 31st birthday I took a look at my life and realized it was not going the way I wanted it to. I was lost, depressed, anxious, dealing with lustful temptations and addicted to porn (can you relate?).
